This Client Agreement & Photo Release ("Agreement") is entered into between Z4K Studios (Photographer/Videographer) and the Client identified above.

1. Services. Z4K Studios agrees to provide photography and/or videography services for the session type and date specified above.

2. Ownership. All images, video footage, and edited content created during this session remain the intellectual property of Z4K Studios.

3. Client Usage. The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered photos and videos for any personal or commercial purpose, including printing, social media, advertising, broadcast, and digital use.

4. Promotional Use. By signing this agreement, the Client grants Z4K Studios the right to use photos and videos from this session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to: posting on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), featuring on the Z4K Studios website and portfolio, use in marketing materials, and licensing as stock photography or footage. Z4K Studios agrees not to use Client images in any manner that is defamatory or that would damage the Client's reputation.

5. Compensation. This agreement applies regardless of whether the session is a paid engagement or a trade arrangement. In either case, Z4K Studios retains full promotional rights as described above. Any agreed upon compensation or trade exchange will be confirmed separately between both parties prior to the shoot.

6. Cancellation. Either party may cancel with at least 48 hours notice. Z4K Studios is not liable for cancellations due to weather or conditions unsafe for drone operations.

7. Revocation of Promotional Rights. The Client may request removal of their content from Z4K Studios promotional use at any time by contacting Zak in writing. Previously published content cannot be retroactively removed from third-party platforms.

By signing below, the Client confirms they have read and agree to all terms of this agreement.
